Try This - Affirmations

“Affirmations are positive statements that describe a desired situation, and which are repeated many times, in order to impress the subconscious mind and trigger it into positive action. In order to ensure the effectiveness of the affirmations, they have to be repeated with attention, conviction, interest and desire”.

A couple of friends of mine told me start saying a daily Affirmation.  I always thought the idea was silly, however I am actually finding it working for me.

Whatever your goals are in life, tell yourself that you are worthy and deserve good things. 

I have combined the affirmations with my daily meditation.

 I practice this everyday, I practice at the same day.I burn three candles at once and concentrate on the light.

My favorite time of the day is sunset.
